Pench-Tadoba
The oldest and biggest national park of Maharashtra – Tadoba is one of India’s Project Tiger reserves. The word Tadoba comes from the God named Tadoba or Taru that the tribal people in the area worship.
Pench Tiger Reserve is straddled across 2 states, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh. The park also has its mention in the famous story of 1894, ‘The Jungle Book’, penned down by the renowned English Author Rudyard Kipling.
